This PR mentions in both the readme, and in the getting started section of the documentation, that the OpenAI account has to be funded. Note that I base this only on my own experience.

Thank you! I've added some minor tweaks.

Could you please also add the reference to the error you were getting in the FAQ section? We have a few other errors explained there:

## Getting an error "Rate limit exceeded" from OpenAI?

It can be as little as 1-2 sentences from the changes introduced in this PR.

I believe the error was "429 Too Many Requests" with message "You exceeded your current quota, please check your plan and billing details".

It would be super helpful for anyone else who comes across it (FAQ pages have better SEO rating than issues).
